be searched, there are two important considerations for

consideration is based on the expression that a picture

The second consideration is based on everyone understanding
of how to refer to a defined search
area. Referring to the
area by the name of the city that is economic and transportation
center or center of market is the best way to avoid misunderstandings.

a search is to be conducted within a certain distance of
