The Network is open to all visitors as a free-access resource dedicated to enterprise and economic development. When visitors decide to avail themselves of resources offered they become user. Visitors, for example, may discover that reference materials in the .network library are worthwhile for general use. Those who use the library references section have access to personal assistance, free for the asking. The staff person of Economic Development Services available to assist is a user contact.
The first paragraph mentions contact directories. The Network provides access to as many as can be found listing contact data for resource and service providers of interest to members of its core user group. It also maintains its own Global Registry of Contacts.
