Underway:

… moving ahead after completion of preparations. Getting underway means attaining the necessary movement from a static position so as to be making progress, for example, it means starting up a search for a business location in the context of enterprise and economic development. Another example, in that context would be getting underway with construction of facilities after a site selection or startup of operations after construction.
