real estate site:

... a piece of land as real property; a parcel of real estate.

Commercial and industrial real estate sites are of interest to members of the .network target audience, especially those involved with projects that result in enterprise and economic development when successfully concluded.

Real estate sites are made available for prospects in industrial parks, office parks and research parks developed by places seeking economic development. Sites exist in areas zoned for commercial development. There are free standing greenfield sites (real estate tracts not previously used except, perhaps, for agriculture or forestry) and brownfield sites.
