You typically pull down a menu to see listed items by selecting the image of an arrow. The Global Registry of Contacts search tool, for example, shows three pull-downs. Click on the GRC link in the previous sentence to see a pull-down set for case-sensitive. Change the setting by pointing and clicking on the arrow in the pull-down window. A drop-down with two items listed appears. You then select insensitive to make the change.
