nonprofit versus not for profit:
... interchangeable terms, both meaning that
there is no net
profit, at least not to the extent of making a
distribution of capital to
investors or stockholders. Arguably, a non profit enterprise
is one that doesn't make money whether its intended to
or not. Not-for-profit may be used to clearly indicate
that an organization doesn't distribute profits to
individuals or for-profits.


not monitored: (unencumbered access)
... in regard to working online, an expression
that means you are not being watched when visiting a website.
That
includes not asking you to register. The
Network has a
firm policy about monitoring its websites. Visitors are
not asked to provide information about themselves before
becoming
users.
Users are not monitored in any way that reveals who
