... an expression best known for its use in promoting the real estate premise that marketability or value of property is based on where it is relative to what surrounds it. Also, an expression for rephrasing how important location is in any explanation of what economic development is or why site selection is a process within enterprise and economic development. Picture if you will the business decision maker cranking up a site location project by pointing to a map and saying, this is the area where we need to be (see the definition of site selection area). Location, location, location is not as important these days (2002) with really big projects.
