Keyword conbination simply means a series of keywords. When set inside quotation marks a combination make up a search phrase which most Web query tools accept as a simple form of advanced search when set inside quotation marks. The tool shown below, however has a drop-down menu for choosing to search as a phrase. You don't use quotation marks in this case. Note that you also have the choice of searching case-sensitive. That means you can search for keywords that begin with capital letters like names of mssion contacts as well as places seeking economic development.
