industrial real estate

... dedicated land and everything affixed to it (real property) that cannot be moved as described by specifying its shape and boundary dimensions as well as its attached rights. Its dedication is to a use for manufacturing, processing, and/or facilities and operations having to do with the distribution of goods and products (definition of industrial). When an enterprise puts real estate to use as described it may be defined as an industrial asset.

... that which can be converted to capital, such as real estate, owned by an enterprise engaged in manufacturing or processing and/or the distribution of industrial goods and products.
