hardfile:

. . . a collection of information, generally in the form of paper reference material, ordered and maintained on shelves, in cabinets or folders, i.e., arranged in convenient order and kept in real world storage. Hardfile folders (file folders) have tabs which are mentioned in an eHow.com article titled How to Set Up Hanging Folders.

Cyberspace doesn't have hardfiles. Computers we use to navigate through cyberspace can produce hard copies of information (data) retrieved from storage on hard drives when connected to certain peripherals. See the WiseGEEK.com article titled What Is a Computer File? The cybernated file folder tabs show below are linked graphics, each accessing a .network user guide. The image of the folders is also a linked graphic element as is the .network logo. The latter is linked to Introduction to The Network.
