
Gene B. Glover is a Managing Partner of Pinnacle Partners Inc.
He provides clients with extensive knowledge and experience in improving
individual, team and organization performance that directly impacts companies
bottom-line results. He has coached business leaders throughout North America
and overseas in critical leadership skills needed to create and maintain
innovative, high performing work environments. He facilitates the building
of strong work relationships to enable the effective implementation of corporate
initiatives and strategies. In addition, he has been instrumental in developing
the strategic and tactical training courses and materials offered as part
of Pinnacle Partners Strategy Driven Six Sigma offerings.

Gene previously was the Director of Consulting Services for Executive Programs
with Tennessee Associates, Inc. and was also a Senior Consultant. During
this time, he became a certified Kepner-Tregoe trainer. After leaving this
position, he started his own consulting firm specializing in High Performance
Leadership and Organizational Excellence. During his many years of consulting,
he has worked

in many industries. Client
associations include Kraft International, Rockwell Space Systems,
Rock-Tenn Company, Klockner-Pentaplast and Klockner Barrier Films
of America, Coca-Cola Bottling, CanAmera Foods, Mead Corporation,
Louisiana Pacific, Metzeler Automotive Profile Systems, International
Paper, and many more. Prior to consulting he worked with Kimberly-Clark
Corporation in both their woodlands and pulp and paper operations.
He served as the first Director of Continual Improvement for their
U.S. Newsprint & Pulp Operations.

Gene is a licensed professional forester with undergraduate degrees
in Business and Forestry from the University of Georgia. He has an
M.B.A. in Corporate Management from the University of Alabama in Birmingham
and was selected by their faculty for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma
National Business Honor Society.
