Placing A: at the beginning of your email subject line establishes a priority. In other words, A: separates your email from spam, after which it is given consideration by a real person.

It is not necessary for you to provide personal information when sending us (who we are) an email, except when requesting a free listing in the database for the Global Registry of Contacts.

All visitors and users have free access to the network and its resources, including the GRC. Visitors and users are not monitored. We operate a share network to which we hope you will consider contributing resource information, for example, a location ID for a place of interest.

You don't have to put anything after the A: on your email subject line to set priority. Simply use the body of your email to briefly explain what your inquiry is about. Other than reporting something that we need to fix or asking a question, most users send priority emails when seeking assistance with searches. Click the following button for more about search assistance.
