The Network exists to help users find and contact resource and service providers with whom they seek to build and maintain working relationships. To that end, it offers free access to many contact directories, including the Global Registry of Contacts.
Resource and service providers are offered the opportunity to register with the GRC database by priority email, cost or obligation involved. In other words, GRC registration is free. Those who take advantage of the offer become mission contacts.
