A listing is linked from where information is published from the Global Registry of Contacts in Find Me Here.com. Updating or applying for a record in the GRC database is the first step toward participation in The Network. Participants are also listed. with links in Economic Development.net. Having information and links positioned strategically in 3 websites gives triple exposure on the Web. The more exposure the better for resource and service providers who depend on networking to stay engaged in enterprise and economic development.

Your name, organization and location are published online when you apply for a record in the Global Registry of Contacts. Appropriate links are created in three website when you to where your contact data is available in The Network when you sign up to participate.

There is no charge to change a record in the Global Registry of Contacts. We urge you to keep your information up-to-date as well as to report broken links, misleading information and dead ends found in .network websitessee the .network search promise.When participants make requests for changes to their contact data, we update what's published online as well as in the GRC for free. Changes to other published information, such as descriptions of services and service area cost $5.00 per request. Additions to published information, such as descriptions of services, cost $1.00 per year per 10 words or less.

$30.00 per year covers listings in 3 websites with appropriate links to an individual's contact data published online either inside or outside The Network. The aim is to provide the most direct access possible to contact data for members of the target user group.

The cost is $18.00 per year to create links for names of individuals published online from the Global Registry of Contacts directly to places outside of The Network where access to their information is freely available, for example, to their own personal websites.

Payments are to be made in US Dollars by check or money order drawn on a financial institution with US operations and having a physical location. They are to be made payable to Economic Development Services, Inc. or EDS and mailed to ...

We offer to lease you a page exclusively for your personal use for one year for $65.00. Publication of your basic participation information (contact data) is included in the fee. Also you may expand the text the describes your services/service area (what you have to offer to members of the .network target user group) and add promotional information for no additional charge. The maximum size of the page offered is 30 KB. For no additional fee, you may also have a scanned copy of your business card (approximately 175 pixels wide X 100 pixels high) or a headshot photograph of yourself (approximately 150 pixels wide X 180 pixels high). A personal webpage allows you to step out from the crowd (basic participation and Global Registry of Contacts listings in The Network are published on webpages shared with others. Your page is for you to do with as you like within the context of the .network mission.

Certain pages in The Network are available for sponsorship. For example, city-region pages are available in Site Location Assistance.com. Some pages with resources are available for sponsorships. Sponsors may lease a blank webpages and request that we organize them to their specifications. For example, a sponsor may request that we organize and publish a page to promote one or more locations (a region) seeking economic development. Sponsors may also lease pages for publishing resources for enterprise development, site selection, and/or economic development along with promotion of their services. Individuals who lease a personal webpages may arrange for a sponsorships, in which case the sponsors may pay only the $65.00 annual fee for them in exchange for text acknowledgements with links. Otherwise, sponsorship fees are $220.00 per year.

A county is a location as is any region within it or any place that can be found on a map right down the local level. Also, listed for free in the EDN website along with locations are links to contact data for people or organizations in position to supply information about them. All .network users are invited to suggest locations for free listings.

The reason for listing locations, rather than contacts, alphabetically is primarily to emphasize that The Network is a site selection resource. Other than that, it's a moot point because pages of information from the GRC are designed to accommodate searches.

Keep in mind that you are only allowed a few seconds to explain what you have to offer to members of the .network user group were you to be business networking in the real-world. Your statement facilitates searches. Keywords are important.

Generally a service area can be described in one or two words, for example, national or the name of a region. Direct us to a place online, such as a map or list of locations under the name of a region, if you are an area developer or local development representative.
